They barely maintained the room during my nearly two-week stay. We sent many bags of trash down, but never got room service, fresh towels, or new sheets. Then they charged me $250 for supposedly unclean carpet. I was told there were no stains, and that the fee was because fast food bags had been on the floor. I've stayed in countless hotels for work and never been charged a cleaning fee. They went into my account and took another $150 beyond the original deposit without permission. The service was horrible, the rooms dusty and dirty, and the whole business seemed extremely poorly run.

Khush at the front desk deserves a special mention for his friendliness and outstanding service. The room was spacious, the bed really comfortable, and the shower hot. The price was great, breakfast was included, and the coffee was good.

We were making a round trip from CO to OH, and after reading the local motel reviews, this was the only one without a mention of bed bugs. It was a little out of the way from I-70, but worth it. The front desk was very nice, and the lobby, halls, and room were clean. Our room was warm, comfortable, and quiet, with great water pressure and seemingly endless hot water. It's pet friendly, and I loved being given a room close to an exit for potty time. This was our third motel stop on the trip, and we'll definitely stop here again when passing through KS.

I drove 24 hours straight to Kansas for work at age 63, and was exhausted when I checked in. My third-party reservation was originally for December 20-27, but Victoria, the front desk manager, changed it from seven nights to five so I could get a discount. I only realized the mistake when they called on December 25. Rather than take responsibility, she blamed me. Her arrogant, irresponsible manner showed no consideration for others. I had to beg for five days to get my room cleaned, the bed made, garbage removed, and towels replaced. The internet was extremely poor. Without nearby accommodation, I would have spent the final two days in Topeka in my car. I hope the owner refunds my deposit on time and apologizes. I planned to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over this incident. In a later complaint, I said the response lacked integrity, was full of lies, and refused to acknowledge responsibility. I referred back to my original complaint and said I had filed with the Better Business Bureau over the business's dishonesty.
