The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and there are several restaurants nearby. The room was clean, though dated, and the breakfast choices were limited. McDonald's is next door, too. I'd stay again if I'm back in the area.

The room was filthy, smelled bad, and was falling apart. There were holes in the walls, paint missing all over, broken shelves, and the TV only worked if you used your own streaming service. The sheets had blood spots and cigarette burns, and I even found a used Q-Tip under my pillow. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on, so by 10:00 pm the room was ridiculously hot. We'd checked in, gone straight to the casino, and found all this when we returned. I left after discovering the blood and Q-Tip. They said no refund, but offered to move me. I didn't want to risk another room, so I lost $120. Awful experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I pulled into the lot with food from McDonald's, planning to eat and leave. There were about 50 empty spaces, but after around 10 minutes a man knocked and told me to leave unless I was getting a room. I don't cause trouble and have never been a problem for them. I own a business with my own lot and wouldn't mind people stopping to make a call or eat in their car now and then. Do they really have nothing better to do? I also noticed one of their window screens was broken. Maybe they could spend that time fixing things.

The cash rate was higher than the price advertised on the website. My first room smelled like the 2025 Wet Dog Olympics had just wrapped up in it. The second was better, though it still wasn't especially fresh.

The room was clean and nice, and the hotel stayed quiet even over Indy500 weekend. I enjoyed the stay and breakfast.
