Frankie V.
It’s affordable and has 5g wifi, cable TV, a mid-size fridge, and a microwave. They have nightly or weekly rates and allow animals for an extra charge. I’d recommend it if you just need a cheap alternative to the overpriced hotels.

The rooms were rented to my crew for about six weeks, with us paying weekly. We took every room except two that the manager wouldn’t rent out. The manager still talked trash to us and showed no respect. He and his wife went into our rooms while we were at work and looked through our belongings. They even took petty things like dish soap and shampoo. I know because I caught him once when I got off work early sick. We needed a room to get by for three days until payday, and I was lucky there were no vacancies at the one other place I’d stayed. Technically a hotel, it was worse than this, and only child molesters stayed there. This was the most disgusting place I’ve stayed, and I’ve been in some dumps. It’s a super dump, with no housekeeping and a rude manager who gives guests a bedtime and lights-out time. Sadly, it’s the best option in town. Sheldon, Iowa, is a dump in general, as is 90% of the rest of the worthless, flat, barren state.
The room was hot and stuffy, grimy, and full of flies. Thank goodness we brought our own sheets. They charged us a pet fee for the first night even though we had no animals, just hair on our clothes.
They said they couldn’t afford to fix the mold in the bathrooms when I asked about it. Towels weren’t clean and had stains, and the pillows were stained too. Take the pillow cover off and you’ll see. They don’t seem to vacuum the floors, either. If you’re going to run a motel business in America, do the American thing and put in some work to take care of the place. Don’t come here and take advantage of our government system, have us pay for you here for seven years tax-free, then go back to your country. If you’re going to run a place like that, stay in your own country and let a real American clean it up and run it properly.
The service was awful. They don’t change the sheets, make the beds, empty the garbage, or vacuum. The shower drain doesn’t work, so the shower overflows. I should have slept in the car.
