Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, the Woodlands

The rooms were really clean, well stocked, and well cared for. Housekeeping were pleasant and helpful every day, and respectful of our space. At the front desk, everyone I met was welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. I regret not getting their names because they were all top notch. I loved staying here. The geographic spot isn’t the best, though the location overall is good and probably even better when it’s warm.

I’ve always given this hotel 5 stars. I stay here at least 2-3 times a month, and the staff have always been friendly and accommodating. They know me by name, and they’re just super. The breakfast is wonderful, too. But after a Chris Stapleton concert, I packed up the next morning and realized my dress from the night before hadn’t made it to the car. I called right away. They said nothing was on the lost and found list, took my number, and said someone would call after housekeeping arrived. I heard nothing, so I called again. They said nothing had turned up and all the laundry was done. I know someone took the dress, and I’m really disappointed. I can’t stay somewhere where the owner would allow things from a room to be taken and then not insist on holding someone accountable when the owner calls. I can’t say anything bad about the place apart from this, but this changed how I feel about staying there.

My son, Father, and I have been here for about 2 months, and we love it. We’re hard to please, but the staff and Managers are such a delight that we choose this place over some cheaper hotels. They learned our names in less than a few days, and we know them by name too: Bjal (Sorry I can't spell), Jessica, Cindy, Phillip, Dominic, BB, and Greg. The customer service is amazing, and the Management is top notch. When I can’t sleep, I watch TV in the lounge and end up having a Great conversation with Greg. The staff make us feel at home. Great People, Great Place.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a hard floor instead of carpet. I loved that, since it avoided the musty feeling or smell some hotels get. The gentleman working check-in around 5:30pm today was very nice and helpful. Very pleased with the stay, thank you!
