The room was filthy: visible stains covered the sofa and sheets, and I didn’t feel comfortable moving around in it. The door was damaged, the toilet didn’t work, and other facilities were broken too. On top of that, noise from the highway was deafening all night, with traffic, engines, and car washes. It felt like trying to sleep in a loud bar. There was no breakfast, either, and no service to speak of. A friend had booked several nights for me. When I calmly asked management about canceling the nights I had left, the person in charge, an Indian manager, was rude, aggressive, and mocking. Instead of dealing with the problems, he criticized and ridiculed me. That was completely unprofessional and hostile, and it badly damaged the positive impression I’d had before. Whatever someone’s background, that kind of arrogance and disrespect has no place in hospitality. This is easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the United States, not just one of the worst. It manages to combine every flaw I can think of. I’m not exaggerating: do yourself a favor and never stay here.

The one good thing was the location near the concert. I booked a night after the show, but the shower door wouldn’t close and water ended up on the bathroom floor. When I asked for more towels, they handed me floor towels instead of body towels. Construction noise woke me before 9 a.m. the next morning. I called to complain, but they denied there was any construction, even though I had videos. I offered to send them, but they kept denying it and never gave me an email address. I filed a complaint with Airbnb. I can’t believe they denied the construction was happening.

There were at least three insects in the bathroom, and the sheets had an unwashed brownish-red color when my family and I arrived. We immediately asked for another room, but they said we were lying and just trying to get a better one instead of checking the problem. They wouldn’t move us, though they did give us fresh sheets. My kids begged to leave and wouldn’t go to sleep. Disgusting. I do not recommend this hotel.

The towels were disgusting, and when I asked for rags, they only had floor towels. The front desk people were very rude. Absolutely do not stay here.

We stayed July 4-5, 2022, and the room price just wasn’t worth how dirty everything was. Both the room and bathroom needed a better cleaning. The towels, hand towels, pillowcases, and sheets were stained and should be replaced. There weren’t enough towels, and our room had no rags, just liquid soap in the shower, so we used a hand towel. The hotel still had its indoor area closed and offered no breakfast, saying it was because of “covid.” That doesn’t seem like a real reason for a hotel to stop providing things it claims to offer. I don’t plan to come back. I’d gladly pay a little more for a better room.
