Best Western Shepherdsville

Doug, the manager, was super nice, and if you want to talk music or bands, he’s your guy. He also told me the hotel is getting a major renovation soon, though I didn’t see a need for one. The building looked attractive and clean inside and out, and our room was clean and comfortable with nice beds. All the employees were personable and accommodating. Breakfast was hot with lots of choices, and the attendant was very nice and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. 🙂

I’ve stayed at another place down the street when visiting Shepherdsville for work, but it was full this time. Glad I found this one as a backup. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Staff were super nice, and it was far enough from the interstate that the room stayed quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Getting out during peak traffic can be a little tricky, though the hotel is handy to I-65. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and breakfast was decent and basic. They’re doing some lobby remodeling right now, as of 11/2025, but it wasn’t really an issue.

Great breakfast, and the staff were so helpful. They’re pet friendly, too, and especially welcoming to trucks. There’s truck parking!
