This visit was a letdown after staying here several times before. We got in late after a long drive from Seattle, exhausted and facing another long drive in the morning, but our room hadn’t been cleaned. The beds had clearly been slept in and towels were on the bathroom floor. They moved us to a room on the third floor, where the heater was very loud. The bathroom there could’ve used a thorough cleaning too.

We came for a soccer tournament, and the bathroom wasn’t clean: a crusty washcloth was still hanging from the shampoo bottle, and there was men’s shaving hair on the walls. As we were leaving, Teresa, the maintenance woman, was rude to my kids, who were trying to pack our car. They were standing in the lobby talking about what else needed doing, and she came by with her trash cart and said, “Nice place to stand and talk.” She could’ve said excuse me or put it a little more nicely.

The hilltop location gives you an amazing view of the Bighorn Mountains, and downtown Sheridan is within walking distance. The hotel is modern and clean with the standardHamptonamenities. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooms, decor, and location were fantastic, and it was very quiet. I was friendly with the front desk staff, but got only perfunctory replies. I couldn’t get even a smile or a kind response.

A good quality, quiet hotel for a stop during a trip. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, the beds were large and comfortable, and there was a hot shower and an ice machine. Breakfast was simple but good. I’d recommend it.
