Quality Suites Sherman

There were two beds and a couch that could turn into another bed in my room. The shower worked really well, but the bathroom drains had no stoppers and some bathrooms may need repairs. Also, there are no elevators.

That breakfast was about as bare-bones as it gets. The sheet on my bed looked like a starry sky under a blacklight, my shower was rusty, and the room smelled like someone had smoked brisket in it two weeks earlier. There was no DND sign in my room or elevator in the building. The location was awful because of the Texas construction. I'd pay a little extra and stay at the holiday next door.

The room was so noisy that I could hear my neighbors clearly, so some soundproofing would help. I was in town for work and have allergies to fleas and bedbugs, and I got lit up every night. The shower was falling apart, some outlets didn't work, and the TV came on to static each time until I unplugged and reconnected the HDMI.

The pool didn't look clean or well cared for, and it had cigarette bits in it. There weren't any pool towels either. Breakfast was okay, with the basics but nothing special. My room was a good size, though it needed upkeep: there were water marks by the curtain and discoloration around the bathtub edges. At the front desk, better eye contact and a smile would make a big difference for guests.
