The room was clean and the staff very nice, but the website said breakfast was complimentary and then I was told I had to buy a voucher for $14 per person. The pool was cold and not heated well, and the courtyard had broken stones and cigarette butts scattered around. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but I’ll most likely choose somewhere else next time.

The staff were very nice, and the room was clean with a great pool. There were too many kids from the basketball tournament, though. They ran up and down the halls, and the room above us was really loud. The hotel did make sure things were quiet by 9pm. I’d come back, just not on a tournament weekend.

Our group stayed here for a large event, and the staff were great. The hotel was very clean, and the location was nice because it’s out of the way. I’d definitely recommend it.

The pool was freezing and extremely crowded, with no staff watching over it while kids were jumping and flipping around, which could be dangerous. I came for my daughter’s cheer competition, so I understand the pool would be busy and things generally chaotic. Still, my room was a huge disappointment for $300. It smelled of mildew, the carpet was damp, the bathroom floor was dirty, and there was mold in the shower and stains in the tub. The tissue box was empty, and the mini fridge smelled so bad I didn’t want to put my things in it. I believe my room was on the second floor, and there were only two floors total. It wasn’t an enjoyable stay, and I wish I’d researched the hotel more before booking.
