We couldn't even get the two rooms we'd reserved together on the same end of the floor. They also had basic menu items, like steak, listed at the restaurant but not in stock. Breakfast was a few stale muffins, cheap cereal, and coffee, with no hot food or even a waffle maker. I've had better at gas stations. Getting to the room took nearly two hours. I booked online through a third party, but when I arrived, staff didn't know how to process the booking company's card, so I sat in the lobby while they tried to work it out. Nearly every employee except the housekeeper said it was their first day. There seemed to be no training, manager in control, or urgency, just confusion and wasted time. Then there was the room itself: the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, there were drops of blood on the upstairs stairwell, and a hole in the wall had been patched but not painted. The property felt careless and poorly maintained, and the whole experience was completely unprofessional. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had, even though I travel frequently. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
