The shopping plaza location is handy for picking up groceries or food at Trader’s Joe, and the room decor feels new and modern, like other recently renovated Springhill Suites. The stay perks felt pretty limited for Titanium status, though. I only got two tiny bottles of water at check-in. Housekeeping came every other day, and the service was below what I’ve had at other Springhill properties. They barely made the bed, and didn’t even fold the blanket.

The staff were kind and really helpful. The beds were very hard, and the pillows had so little fluff they might as well not have been there. The bathroom door is translucent, so using the bathroom lights up the whole room. I couldn’t put my kids to bed and then get ready, or wake up early to get ready first, without disturbing someone who was asleep.

I stay here every week, and Holly, Linda, Mark, Travis and Tiffany are all great. The staff are the main reason I love this property. It feels like a home away from home for me, as it does for many, and the Christmas decorations helped make it warm and welcoming. I was puzzled when they were taken down this week. Why? In my opinion, that wasn’t good business.

I’m a clean freak, so I rarely feel at ease in a hotel, but this place was so clean. Jennifer C. (I think that’s what the card said) does a great job!

The nearby restaurants and Trader Joe’s are easy to walk to. The lobby bar prices are reasonable, and breakfast is fine for a quick bite or waffles in the lobby. The rooms are nice, and the staff are great.
