For $120, I expected more than a cramped room with barely any cleaning. The bottom sheet still had hair, stains, and crumbs on it, and the hot water in the shower didn’t work. So much was broken, too. I didn’t get what I paid for, and this place shouldn’t cost more than $50. You’d be better off sleeping in your car and bathing in a puddle.

The live cockroach crawling across the bed was the last straw. This place is filthy, and it’s nowhere near worth what they charge per night. The two girls at the front desk are very sweet, though. I stayed twice. On my first visit, I requested a room with a microwave and fridge, but there weren’t any, so I asked to switch rooms. There are no nightstands in the rooms, either, and the rooms on both sides of mine were being “renovated” late into the night. When I came back, the fridge and microwave didn’t work, and maintenance had to replace or move both appliances because the area meant to be the kitchen was short-circuiting.

The room my family and I had was clean, but some things weren’t working properly. The refrigerator and hot water both gave us trouble, and although we’d reserved a double bed, we got one bed for five people. It’s okay for one night, but I wouldn’t plan to stay longer.

The lady and the guy are nice, but that doesn’t make this okay. I was bitten by what I say were bedbugs, and there were definitely roaches. No apology, no refund, nothing. The rooms are disgusting and dirty, and they rip people off if you let them. If you’re saying this place is clean, I’d say that’s a lie, and I’d hate to see how you live. I don’t know if they keep one good room for certain guests, but my experience was terrible. I see they’re working on renovations, but do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. The health department will be called, and they won’t last long.
