Molly, Andi, Helen, Sherry, Josh, Alivia, and Jacki made the stay at the Best Western Plus in Arden Hills, MN feel especially welcoming. The guest care team seemed to anticipate what I needed before I even asked, and their kindness showed in every interaction with me and other guests. That kind of thoughtful care felt like a real blessing and is rare to find. I left feeling appreciated and well looked after, and would highly recommend staying here.

We were sorry to leave and are already looking forward to coming back. Flor made a wonderful breakfast, and Jen in housekeeping had a great smile when we asked for extra towels. Josh and Sherry at check-in were friendly and easy to talk with. Great staff all around.

Molly was awesome, and I really appreciated our conversation. We’ve stayed here before and had fine beds in other rooms, so the hard beds in 123 were a letdown. I’ll definitely come back, just hoping not to get that room again.

Sofia worked hard at breakfast, keeping the food stocked and the coffee hot. The check-in staff were very professional too. We loved the room, the location, and the very good breakfast. BW is lucky to have such capable people. We love BW!

The room was comfortable and seemed clean at first, but looking closer was pretty disgusting. There was a piece of toenail on the comforter, black hair in the sink even though I’m blonde, and more hair on the bathroom floor. Cleanliness needs serious attention, and they need to improve the housekeeping work.
