Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond Short Pump

Everyone was wonderful, from check-in on. Nick was friendly, respectful, and answered all my questions. Susan, Mike, and Ayat were also polite and helpful with everything. CeCe made a lovely breakfast both days, and the food was really good, especially the potatoes. The whole area was clean and orderly, and she was pleasant to everyone. I’ll be back. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean. I left something in my room, and Susan at the front desk went out of her way to retrieve it after housekeeping had cleaned. I stayed on the phone while she looked, and she held it for me at the desk. She handled it in a friendly, courteous way. I’ll return. Ann Moncure

We’ve known Cece from the kitchen area for a few years. She always makes time to chat and share a little about her life, and she goes around the dining room helping everyone she can. She’s a wonderful person to know. Susan at the front desk welcomed us and remembered us from our last visit. These two are exactly the kind of people you want in those roles. Hilton should be proud to have them.

We always look forward to seeing Cece when we’re in Richmond. She’s our breakfast host, and she greets us with such a caring spirit, gives us her time, and is ready to answer any question.
