Candlewood Suites Sidney, an IHG Hotel

I came to Sidney for work and needed somewhere for a longer stay. The General Manager Derek and all the staff gave excellent customer service and were very accommodating. It's a decent, clean place for work or vacation. Best hotel in Sidney!! Thanks again, guys!!!

My daughter and I had a fun, wonderful three-day stay in room 122. The whole place was so clean, and the staff went above and beyond to keep guests comfortable and happy. They let us borrow games and DVDs for free. Highly recommend!!!

The staff are so genuine and great with both their service and how they treat guests. I pay close attention to customer service when I stay at a hotel, and I can't say enough about the workers here. The rooms are very nice, the location is great, and the amenities are great too. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.

For someone living and working on the road, this place took some of the stress out of finding a decent bed for the night. The staff check in about whether I need anything whenever they see me, and they act quickly on feedback. When I had a minor sink problem, maintenance fixed it the next morning. Derek, the manager, made it clear that my comfort mattered. I arrived without a reservation for an extended stay, and he personally showed me several rooms to find one that suited my needs. They and the bed were clean and comfortable when I arrived. The hotel parking lot connects with lots for a few restaurants and a good local grocery chain, and there's a nice coffee shop on the opposite corner of the intersection. Get there early for breakfast. You can walk to just about anything you need in Sidney. They've been short on cleaning staff, and the many one-night stays seem to disrupt the weekly cleaning schedule. Getting fresh linens or supplies hasn't been a problem, though. It's manageable if you don't make a huge mess every day. Thanks, y'all!
