For an extended stay, the large rooms sound useful, but mine had no cups, plates, utensils, or anything else for cooking. I had to buy those myself to prepare food using only the microwave. The water pressure and shower head were five-star. Breakfast was adequate, though the cereal stays in the dispensers overnight and didn't look like it was replaced regularly, so I wasn't sure how long it had been there. The hotel is dim, the business center has very little workspace, and the 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are rarely fully stocked. The coffee machine itself was nice. The nightly rate felt high for what was provided. I gave it three stars because the extended-stay setup I expected was missing basic utensils.

Kelly and Krystal were amazing and went beyond what I expected. Doug from maintenance was great too. The shower wasn't draining right, and he got it fixed quickly. A great place to stay.

I was here to do hair and makeup for a bridal party, and the cleanliness and lovely look of the hotel really stood out. I've been to plenty of hotels in different cities, and this was the cleanest, with the friendliest staff. They welcomed us as soon as we entered the lobby, and housekeeping checked in with the bridal party to make sure everyone had what they needed.

The room was spacious and good. Breakfast was okay by American standards, but there were hardly any choices without sugar. Reception service really depended on who was working, sometimes good, sometimes very slow.

My king suite was roomy, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The pool was nice, but there was no hot tub even though the website said there was one. The AC made the room very cold, and the elevator gave a strange noise when it stopped. It's a nice hotel, though a bit expensive for the amenities.
