The landscaping is gorgeous and the property is always kept up. There's a boat dock and pool on one side, and I can walk across the street to the private Gulf beach. I bought a condo here to use in the off-season and rent from January through March.

If peace and quiet are what you enjoy, this is the place to be. Our Bay Tree Club condo was nicely furnished, with a beautiful view over the beach and sea.

Boating, fishing, or watching dolphins and manatees is easy here, with bay-to-gulf access and two of the biggest docks on the key. One of the best condo spots on the south end of Siesta Key.

My grandparents have a condo here, so I know the place well. It’s right on the water and the beach, with a nice pool at Baytree. Turtle's Restaurant and Marina are about a 5-10 minute walk away.

You can take a short walk to the Bayside for sunrise or head to the Gulf side for the sunsets. The private grounds and units are nicely maintained.
