Gulf and Bay Club Bayside 1226 - Two Bedroom Condo

A short walk gets you to the beach, and restaurants and shops are just a quick drive away. The vacation homes are roomy and have the kind of amenities you'd expect at home, along with a lovely view of the nearby water. A great spot to slow down, whether you're staying a few days or longer.

We had a very enjoyable week here in June, and our rental had plenty of towels and dishes. The pool rules were the frustrating part. One homeowner who visits often and serves on the HOA board told us to leave with our popsicles because food wasn't allowed. Yet he helped other guests inflate a huge beer pong raft in his garage with his air compressor, even though large rafts aren't allowed in the pool. They were also allowed to play music on a wireless speaker that could be heard across the pool, despite the earphones rule. The rules seemed to be enforced inconsistently.

Loved it here, such a beautiful and roomy place. Tennis courts, a fishing pier, parasailing, all of it felt like paradise!

We stayed the last week of June 2023 and can't wait to come back. The place was spotless inside and out, and our kitchen was fully stocked. We also had extra sheets, blankets and pillowcases, plus beach gear in the room: a wagon, chairs, floats, toys, umbrellas, coolers and towels. The private beach entrance was about a 10-15 minute walk away. Our AC stopped working around 10 PM one night. The office contacted a repair company, but they couldn't come until the next morning. The employee went out of her way to bring us four new fans, and we also received financial compensation. The AC was fixed early the next day.
