Jamaica Royale - PH2 - 2 Br Townhouse

We loved the beach views, private decks, and having three pools. Our room was very nice. The ice maker wasn’t working, and the fridge froze our food, so we had to call about it. The toilet seats were old and chipped, but they replaced them right away. We didn’t let the little things get to us and still had a fabulous time.

The condo had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well stocked, there were games and books in the cupboard, and the washer and dryer were a welcome extra. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub. There was a large TV in the living room, maybe 65 inches, and TVs in the bedrooms too. Four adult women enjoyed the pools and the long, clean white sand beach. From the large balcony, we could see the beach and relax with the breeze. It had two bistro sets and a dining table for six, perfect for crafting or reading. We loved the modern furnishings and will be back, hopefully for much longer in the same condo. All the gates and doors worked with codes, so we didn’t need keys.

We’ve stayed at Jamaica Royale several times and have enjoyed every visit. Our latest trip, in January 2026, was wonderful again. The condo was spacious, clean, and just what we needed, and the staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything. We feel comfortable at the JR property and look forward to coming back every year. Edit: the “original” Ray Lampe was my dad. God rest his soul!

It was a wonderful, family-friendly stay at Jamaica Royals, and we were extremely satisfied. The renovated unit was beautiful, comfortable, and well kept. We especially liked the updated furniture, modern appliances, excellent service, and BBQ stations. Getting back and forth to the unit was an easy walk, which made things convenient and relaxing for our family. We’re already looking forward to returning to Jamaica Royal.
