Siesta Beach House - 202

We’ve been coming here with our family for years, but we’ll look for somewhere else next year. The condo next door keeps moving its flag and getting stricter about anyone stepping even one foot over it, while their umbrellas are set up all over the beach, including beyond their flags. Our section was busy this year, and because we weren’t allowed to use the empty beach next door, we ended up nearly 150 feet from the water. I even saw them call the police on a family who had set up respectfully behind their umbrellas, and curse at them. We’d like to find a more welcoming place.

We booked at the last minute and got unit #212. It turned out to be clean and well kept, much nicer than the online photos had led us to expect. Melanie made our late-night check-in easy and explained how the complex worked. The condo is dated, but we only needed it for sleeping, showering, and storing our luggage. It’s less than a minute from the beach, and for the price we couldn’t have done better. I’d stay here again.

Unit #104 was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. We checked out other options for next year, but Siesta Beach House seemed comparable in price for a place on the beach side. Most units aren’t ocean view, though, just a short walk from the beach. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Unit 302, Sand Dollar, was perfect for us. It was updated, spotless, ice cold, and had all the amenities we needed. The beach cart came with toys and an umbrella, which was great. The beach is just steps away, and shops and restaurants are a short drive. We’ll be back soon!
