Getting around is easy here, with plenty of parking and the free Breeze Trolley stopping right outside for trips to town or the beach. You can also drive, walk, or bike. The rates are affordable for a place so close to everything. Around the water, there are cozy rooms among tropical villas, plus a pool, grills, beach chairs, bikes, and a fishing deck over the lagoon. Recommended.

We had such a fun stay! The bungalow was cute, cozy, and really clean, with comfy beds and a great shower with good pressure, things we don't always get when renting. Turtle beach is a short bike ride away, and we found it much quieter and nicer than Siesta Key's main beach. There’s a pool, fishing dock, and bikes for guests, and the owner was very friendly. 🤗

We loved the quaint beach villas, and the rooms were nicely remodeled and decorated with everything we needed. The kitchen had lots of counter space and a big fridge. We made good use of the pool, fishing dock, bikes, and laundry. The pool was warm and clear, with nice furniture, though it could use some cleaning. My 13 year old had a great time skimming tree debris out of it, so we left it better than we found it. The location made it easy to bike to fishing spots or the village, catch the shuttle, or drive quickly to things around Siesta. Communication was great and the information we got was thorough. There was a bit of a musty, beachy smell in the rooms, probably from being between the beach and lagoon. It wasn't a moldy smell, and we got used to it pretty quickly, so it didn't affect our stay. We also saw some tiny bugs in one of the cabinets and around the sink, which may be hard to avoid in those damp spots.

The bungalows were as described on the website, and for a week or less they were more than adequate, with a lot more room than a hotel despite the small bathroom. The upkeep was top notch. The atmosphere felt quiet, peaceful, relaxing, even romantic, while still being close enough to the action if you want it. The pool is on the small side, though quite a bit bigger than a bathtub. We'd never been to the area before and were pleasantly surprised by how calm it was. The beach takes a drive, north to Siesta or south to Turtle Beach. I'd suggest Turtle for easier parking and more shoreline space. Tropical trees and plants give the property a casual feel. The dock overlooking the lagoon was a lovely place for morning reflection or evening chats, and we were often alone there during our six night stay. Several units sit side by side but still feel private, so we talked about coming as a couple or with family. Well worth considering for a Siesta Key stay.

The location is great for a getaway, and the inside of unit 7 was nice, but a lot needs attention. We found a cockroach squirming on the floor right when we arrived, and the master bathroom toilet still had feces from the previous guest. The windows looked long overdue for washing, some blinds were missing shades, and parts of the floor were very uneven. The pool had leaves and lots of algae. Out back, deck boards lacked support and many were rotted. My wife and I sat at a deck table for coffee the first morning, and my chair fell apart completely, sending me crashing onto my back. We notified them right away, but three days later it was still in a heap on the deck. A lot of the outdoor furniture is old and uncomfortable, and some of it isn't safe. They really need to pay attention to the details here. See photos
