Siesta Key Beachside Villas

We absolutely loved staying here in May, when the weather and crowd levels were just right. The vibe, atmosphere, and people were great, and our service at Beachside Villas and everywhere else we went was amazing. Getting around was so easy, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all walkable. We didn't need a car at all. We'll definitely be back!

The bikes were a highlight, so much fun to use, and made our lovely weekend away even better. Our little unit was perfect for us, very clean, and they seemed to have thought of everything. Beach towels, water, coffee, a toaster, and a fridge were all much appreciated. The location is amazing, and I'd highly recommend the SIesta Key Villas. Thanks to the young woman at the front desk for being so helpful. We first came to check out the area before booking, then I called a day later and spoke with (name withheld). We eventually booked through a third party website because they couldn't match the rate.

Jasmine checked us in and was pleasant. The location is awesome, about five minutes to the beach and the same to downtown, with plenty of places to eat and shop plus a supermarket. The property is nice, but the online photos were deceiving after we upgraded to a one bedroom at the last minute. The bed was so boxed in by its wooden frame that you could barely walk around without banging your knees, and there was no bathroom counter space for putting anything down. We couldn't figure out how to use the living room TV. Turning on the bedroom power also switched on that TV. The dehumidifier was so loud I eventually shut it off. The USB outlets in the lamps didn't work, so we had to charge our phones in the kitchen. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything next door in the bedroom, then the same couple's whole kitchen conversation the next morning. To get to the room, we had to enter a code at the pool gate and another at the room door, which was hard to see at night. If you stay here, I'd strongly suggest avoiding rooms by the pool.

This was our fourth time here, and we love the place. The location is perfect, just a three minute walk to the beach and three minutes to the village, so there's no need to rent a car. This trip, the main issue was the worn mattress. I kept rolling toward the middle and had to readjust all night, so I strongly suggest replacing it. The dehumidifier also got very loud at times and woke us up. Even so, we'd absolutely stay here again on future trips and would recommend it to family and friends.
