The pictures are VERY deceiving. After questioning them about what I thought was a shady group, they blocked my email. I stayed here about a year and some change ago, and have since left a MUCH better property in Siesta Key. Neither my wife nor I smoke or vape, but we were charged a "smoking fee". The ladies are very nice to your face, but it seems like all they care about is getting as much money as possible from you. Please do yourselves a favor and stay elsewhere. This property is not worth it whatsoever. STAY AWAY.

The floors in our cottage were quite dirty and hadn’t been mopped. I told the staff so they could do better. That was my one complaint. Otherwise, we had a great stay: the staff were pleasant and accommodating, the cottage had everything we needed, and the amenities were great. The pool was quiet and relaxing, and the beach was just steps away. I’ll be back.

The pool was clean and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and it was a nice short walk to get there. The Cottages provided everything we needed for a day of fun in the sun, and our cottages were fully equipped. I went with my family and we each had our own, with every one unique in its own way. The Cottages at Siesta Key were perfect for our amazing trip, and I’ll certainly stay again. Highly recommend.

Elderberry was perfect for our family of five and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet, and the beach was a short walk away. The Cottages supplied everything we needed, including a wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Beach access #13 has no public parking, so it’s less crowded, and the snorkeling is great too. Fortunately we had little trouble with mosquitoes or other insects. The only thing we wished for was a second bathroom.

BE AWARE! NOT SAFE! We booked a house with a pool through airbnb for the end of July and beginning of August, and the stay was awful. Employees entered the rental house three times while I was taking showers, disrupting our vacation. The beds were dirty, the floors hadn’t been swept, and there was water everywhere. I don’t recommend their rental service at all!
