The Residences at Siesta Key Beach by Hyatt Vacation Club

A quiet stay in these apartments was just what we wanted, with none of the bustle you get at similar beaches. The apartments are great and perfectly located. Breakfast snacks included fruit, little muffins, croissants, yogurt, and more. The employees were nice and down to earth whenever we needed something.

I tried to book two rooms, but after I reserved the first, the second was no longer available. I called the hotel right away, and staff told me I could cancel. They didn't tell me the cancellation would cost the full $3,830.29. I consider that dishonest and misleading. If they had been upfront about the charge, I would never have agreed to cancel. This hotel is a scam. Hiding behind a policy after misleading someone over the phone to take thousands of dollars is deceptive. I will be filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. If you care about transparency, fairness, and honesty, stay far away. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Everything was amazing. I only took off a star because the pool and hot tub closed at dusk, which over Labor Day meant before 8pm.

The pool had stunning views and was a lovely place to cool off. We also liked having the lunch and drink bar right there, plus the pool table and ping pong on the second floor were a fun bonus. The beach was only steps away, with breathtaking white sand and clear water. Our room at The Residences on Siesta Key was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with the comforts of home and a touch of luxury. From the entrance onward, the place felt elegant and well cared for. The attention to detail stood out, and the customer service was top-notch, friendly, professional, and always helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!
