My own stay was fine, but my mother ended up spending the night awake in her car in a gas station parking lot. Before going to sleep, I specifically asked the man at the desk to leave a key for her, since she’d arrive a few hours later. He said she only needed my last name and room number. When she got there at 3 am, Heather refused to give her a key or even offer her a room, and was rude to her. I was asleep and couldn’t let her in, and my phone was on vibrate because the man had said he could give her a key. I paid for both of us to sleep there. It was a waste of money, and knowing a late arriving guest could be left stranded, I probably won’t stay again.

The staff were helpful, and the rooms are a decent size and very clean. There’s a 24-hour laundry facility and gym, plus an indoor pool that stays open until 10pm. Nice place! My room # was 420 lol

The room was nice, and we had a good time otherwise. The pool and hot tub were nice too, but relaxing with the kids was harder because the front desk worker, maybe the manager, was playing the stereo loudly in the pool area. It came across as rude and made for a poor atmosphere.

Things seemed decent until 7am, when my wife woke me up screaming because there was a cockroach on the curtain. I went to customer service and asked for a refund for one of the two rooms I’d rented, to cover breakfast for my family since I clearly wasn’t going to feed them the continental breakfast. The manager lady was smug and curt, and I felt like I was wasting her time and bothering her. Now I’m wondering whether anything got into my belongings or what I might bring home. The place is clearly dirty.

We’ll definitely come back. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.
