The garden, with fruit trees, roses, and all kinds of flowers and plants, is lovely. The rooms in this beautiful 1880s building were comfortable, and I enjoyed sitting on the big front porch, watching or chatting with locals and other guests. It’s quiet and peaceful, just a couple of blocks from downtown restaurants. There are interesting places to visit nearby, including a newly restored movie theater. Just lovely!
The owner, Sandy, knows a lot about local events and places to visit. The historic building has been tastefully modernized, and you’re only a few blocks from Silver City’s galleries, coffee shops, and main street. Rooms are large and luxurious, and breakfast was great.
Right downtown, with a great breakfast and a large room. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated.
The host was great, and breakfast was delicious. It’s a beautiful old home with comfortable rooms and beds. We’ll be back.
