We learned only after checking in that the hotel had no water. A hotel kind of needs water, doesn't it? Booking information can also be misleading: there are no two-bed rooms. What they call two beds means a pullout couch, and theirs has been called the “worst pullout couch.” All rooms have only single beds. The staff were nice, but the place badly needs an upgrade. Door frames are in disrepair, so doors don't even close properly. Beds are uncomfortable, breakfast leaves much to be desired, and valet is slow if you can find him at all. Terrible hotel.

The rooms were clean and modern, and customer service was friendly and accommodating. The problem was finding out only on arrival that the pool and breakfast would no longer be available. I wish they'd shared that before booking. Off-site parking was the only option, but the directions were too vague. A map to the city garage, parking rates, and guidance on entering and leaving late at night or early in the morning would've helped. Instead I wandered around looking for an attendant and eventually had to call a help line.

The room was very clean and had a small kitchen area, and the staff were accommodating throughout. I spent a few days in a suite and was happy with the service and what the hotel offered. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I'd definitely stay again!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and the workers were genuinely nice. The furniture was very worn, though. Then I started seeing roaches in different parts of the hotel. I know controlling bugs in a city hotel can be hard, but they need to work harder on it.
