The trails are close enough to walk to, including Lilly Pad Lake and Buffalo Mth trails, with Mesa Cortina Green space just beyond them. It’s a quiet spot away from the denser area lower down on Ryan Gulch Rd, and the views are worth a million dollars.

A really clean, handy place to stay for the mountain scenery or just the views. The community area looked great, though it was closed because of COVID. Laundry was available for $2. We had a great stay.

We spend most evenings at the rec center, with the kids enjoying the pool, foosball, billiards, racquetball, and the Jacuzzis. I usually put dinner in the crock pot in the morning, then we can relax there afterward. Breckenridge is close for skiing and shopping, though I get most of my things at the outlets at the bottom of the mountain. The location puts lots of good places nearby. My parents were among the original owners, so I’ve been coming for about 30 years. I looked forward to these trips as a kid, and now I come with my own kids.

The view from the top of the buffalo mountain tain trail was PHENOMENAL. My friend and I hiked all the way up, and getting to the nearby trails is easy. There are lots of activities to plan around, too. My family has had a timeshare here and come every summer for 23 years. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! 👌🏼
