The kids of the owners work at the hotel and accommodations, and I loved seeing that. They worked hard, were great at their jobs, and made us feel at home while taking care of our needs. We arrived feeling unwell after two weeks of driving, but the place was still a great experience. We had a room with an attached bathroom and loved it. It’s very pet friendly, with a huge park across the street for walking your pet. The kitchen was very good. I enjoyed the pulled pork and fish and chips, and the coleslaw was incredible. The glassware suited the place, perhaps bespoke, and the accommodations were just as expected, even with my high expectations. We parked near our room and felt secure the whole time. I never felt unsafe here. Definitely worth staying over places nearby, highly recommended.

The owners and hosts welcomed us like the loveliest family when we walked in. They told us about their impressive plans for renovating the beautiful historic building. My family stayed in two rooms on the wing that was fully renovated. They were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful historical details that made the visit special. Breakfast was included and such a treat, possibly the best breakfast potatoes ever. This was a stop on our drive from MT to WA, and since we didn’t know the area we weren’t sure what to expect. We hope to return in a few years to see more of the renovations. Thank you so much.

We stumbled onto this hotel and were so glad we did. It was a perfect place to celebrate my birthday, and we’d highly recommend it. Our room was beautiful, with lovely details, and the varied breakfast was delicious. The owners are wonderful and ready to help with anything we needed. A conversation with either of them was sure to leave you smiling. Parts of the building are still being renovated, but everything was spotless. I’m excited to come back and see more of the building and the marvelous changes.

Breakfast was included and was great. It wasn’t grab-and-go, but a menu with plenty of options cooked to order. We had the potato scramble and biscuits and gravy, and both were so good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. We hope to return and see how the ongoing restoration project is coming along.

They brought ice-cold water to our room at check-in, which was so refreshing on a hot day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great, and breakfast was top notch with impeccable service. We also loved spending peaceful time on the front poarch. The town is very small, and the Mansion is the only restaurant. Any menu item counts as your complimentary breakfast, and what we ordered was excellent. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return someday.
