Triangle Motel

An older place, but well kept, quaint and clean, with really hot water. The only problem during our stay was that most DirectTV channels weren't working. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Mariah.

The shower and bathroom were clean, and I never felt unsafe walking back after the concert. The motel is next to a gas station and convenience store, and downtown Silverton is an easy walk away. I didn't have noise issues from other rooms, though I was out that evening at the show. I arrived solo on 8-24-25 after driving across the state from Denver, where I'd landed to see an artist play at the Columbine Center that night. I had booked online several weeks earlier, and called ahead because of previous reviews to make sure the reservation was still there. Check-in took longer than it should have, apparently because someone ahead of me had a reservation issue. I don't know the details. The room was better than I expected from the rather unimpressive exterior, but the sheets at the edge looked questionable. I took a picture, and there were holes in them. I pulled them back and everything underneath seemed fine. I'd stay again.

We had a three-bed suite for two nights at a reasonable price. The staff were really friendly, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. There was a private bathroom with a tub and shower, plus a kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots, plates, cups, and silverware. The floor AC unit didn't do much to cool the room, and there wasn't built-in air conditioning.

It stayed quiet even with a lot of people there, including plenty of motorcycles. The room was clean and well kept inside, despite the unimpressive outside. There was no AC, and it was 80 when I arrived, still that warm a couple of hours later. Once the sun went down it cooled quickly, though, and by bedtime it was in the 60s, so that was okay. For a hundred bucks, not bad. They are very strict about check-in time. After a hot day on the bike I had nowhere to go, but had to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes, looking at my empty room. I'm not sure that was good customer service. If the room is ready, letting me in would have made me a repeat customer for sure.
