Everything else about this hotel is great, but the toilets are sized for kids, not adults. We can't be the only ones bothered by that. I can't believe they won't put a few upgraded toilets in some rooms. Because of it, we'll be staying at the Best Western on madera rd.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. My room at Grand View Hotel was spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet, so I could unwind after a long day. It's a comfortable, well-maintained place, and I'd happily stay there again.

Sandy at the front desk went the extra mile to help me. The building has a classic feel, and the rooms are super clean. It has an awesome hometown vibe that feels great when you're traveling. The staff are top notch. If I'm working in semi valley, I'll stay here.

The room had a couple of problems for the price, though that may just have been bad luck. The staff took them seriously even though I only mentioned them in passing. The service was what stood out: Jon was very helpful when I was being a bit of a nuisance at checkout, and Zach (sp?) on grave shift was just as patient with my foolishness. It was Thanksgiving related, I was meeting family. I appreciate good service, and I'll stay here again.

A power outage in simi kept us without power for two days, and Carlos took such good care of my 6 year old and me that I can't put it into words. We stayed for two days, and Carlos, the maintenance guy, and Zach, the new trainee, made it sooo comfortable. What an awesome staff. Thank you so much!
