The room gave us plenty of space, felt clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a lot of good choices. The person working in the breakfast area was very friendly, too. We arrived around 11:30 PM after a long day on an 8-day road trip. Traveling with two little kids can be tiring, and the woman at the front desk was so patient and kind. She helped me find a spoon after check-in, and another staff member in a pink suit made us feel at ease. I wish I’d asked both of their names. We had a nice chat, too. That kind of warmth really stayed with me. It made a regular hotel stop memorable. I’d happily recommend this place for its clean, comfortable rooms and lovely staff.

Don't stay here. I changed the dates on my reservation and asked to extend it. They confirmed the change and told me to stop at the front desk in the morning for a new key. When I went down, they said they were sold out and nobody had made the reservation, so I had to pack up and leave. All the food I'd brought ended up going to waste because I couldn't find a place for it while I was at work. I'm pretty sure this wouldn't have happened at a Marriot or Hilton. If this can happen to us as a company with several rooms, imagine what it's like for an average person.

It's clear that the staff work together to go beyond what guests expect. Mark and the team take great care of people, and I can see why they keep winning awards. If you need a place to stay, this is an easy one to book.

I've been traveling for work for the past 8 years and have stayed long term in plenty of places. Staybridge stands out for its amenities, and the staff here are extremely consumer friendly. My one snag is getting to and from the main roads. It's not an easy location to get in and out of. Still, highly recommend.
