8/10
The hotel is a nice, good-quality place right downtown in Sioux Falls, with clean rooms and friendly staff. There’s a restaurant serving all meals, though no continental breakfast, and the breakfast menu had few gluten-free choices. I liked having a Keurig in the room, but wish there had been more non-coffee options.
2/10
The bathrooms are tiny, and the whole place smells musty and moldy. It’s an old, rundown hotel with almost no soundproofing, and the window A/C unit is very loud. This property is overdue for a complete overhaul.
2/10
The airport shuttle took a long time to arrive, and there was a strange smell coming from the restroom. The walls are paper thin, too. I politely asked a staff member if I could move rooms, but the man I spoke with was extremely rude. Sioux Falls has plenty of hotel choices, so I’d skip this one and save yourself the trouble.
10/10
Terry the bartender was so friendly and helpful, and the front desk staff were great too. I love the pool and facilities, and the location is great. Absolutely love this hotel.
6/10
The pool was okay and the staff were friendly, but service fell short during our two nights for a conference. We were two adults and two kids. The beds were very hard, there was no breakfast or housekeeping, and we had to go downstairs whenever we needed towels. When the shower soap ran out, they handed a new bottle to my 16-year-old. I also don’t understand why Hilton hotels have so few outlets. One for the whole room is ridiculous. These pictures are from checkout.
