Breakfast had plenty of different options, and the staff were amazing and really helpful. The rooms were the cleanest and nicest I've ever stayed in. Great place, I'd definitely come back.

A family friend stayed here and was unhappy with the way she was treated. She also wasn't satisfied with the condition of her room. In her view, the building, halls, and rooms need repairs or updating, and the staff could use better customer service and communication skills.

The beds were good, and it looks like some improvements have been made recently. There's still a ways to go, though. Cleaning was okay, but the dusting left a lot to be desired, and staff weren't easy to reach.

The food was really good, but the rooms were trashed and the staff were so mean. The pool is never open, either. I don't recommend staying here.

The place is filthy, and the pool and hot tub are permanently closed. The advertising is false.
