US Center Motel & Long Term Stay Apts

I’d stay here again. The little drawbacks weren’t enough to put me off, and the $72 all-in price for one person in a double room felt fair for an independent motel. My room had wood walls, a modern mid-sized flat-screen TV, microwave, fridge, coffee bar, vanity, desk with a small but usable office chair, alarm clock, real hangers, and two extra blankets. The window AC took well over an hour to cool things down and could be larger. The beds were just okay, the pillows weren’t good, and I’d have liked three pillows per bed and queen beds for people over six feet tall. Check-in was quick. I could park right outside the room on level, well-kept asphalt, which matters if you ride a motorcycle. The bathroom was clean, with a stand-up shower and no tub. There were two towels, plus hand towels and face cloths. I’d prefer three towels in a double room. Wi-Fi was super fast, with a 9 ms ping.

Avoid this place. The chairs and floor were stained, dead bugs were left on the bed sheets, bugs were crawling in the comforter in the closet, and I saw roaches in the bathroom. I’ll be lucky if I didn’t come away with bed bugs. If you’re traveling through NW Kansas, plan ahead since decent motel options are limited. This place is a total dump.

I got a quiet corner room that had been remodeled beautifully, and they even gave me rags to wipe down my Harley. The manager’s young son was really helpful. It’s the best reasonably priced place I’ve stayed in for years. Thanks so much!

Our toddler crawled under the bed, so I expected to find who knows what down there. It was spotless when I checked. The room was exceptionally clean, the management was so friendly, and the place met our needs perfectly. I’d highly recommend it.
