It was a nice stay, just too short. Breakfast could be better since I don't eat pork, and housekeeping could be more respectful. Still, I'll come back.

Our accessible room was spacious, clean, and met all our accommodation needs. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The inside and outside of the building looked new or newly refurbished. We'd stay again.

We were there from Friday 3/27 to Wednesday 4/1, and housekeeping came only once. When we entered the room, there were cleaning rags left in the tub. We had to take out our own garbage, and towels were brought just once. After two days with no replacements, I asked the housekeeper, who sighed and was very rude, saying she needed the dirty ones. We'd left them out the day before, and they'd been picked up, but we never got clean ones. We also had no toilet paper and had to ask for that. In room 300, the shower rod was broken and the curtain wouldn't stay closed, leaving puddles after showers. The pool was ice cold. Breakfast was okay the first morning, but the next day there was no milk or juice, the French toast stick was rock hard, and the sausage was overcooked. We're heading to another hotel today and hope it's much better.

Housekeeping came into my room while I was inside and completely undressed. I checked in at 11 PM, and the next morning at 9:30 AM they knocked, got no answer, unlocked the door, and walked in. I was still an active guest and hadn't checked out. When I booked, I was told multi-night stays would only be serviced on the last day, so they shouldn't have entered at all. It was a serious violation of my privacy and made me extremely uncomfortable. The front desk clerk and manager minimized it when I reported what happened, as if it wasn't serious. KARLA was particularly insensitive, ignorant about policies on guest safety, privacy, and hotel liability, and extremely rude and condescending. Those are not qualities someone at a hotel front desk should have. Guests should feel safe and respected in their rooms. I hope management addresses this so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
