After a long drive, it was a clean, comfortable place to get some sleep. The host was really nice, and the beds were comfortable. I was able to bring my dog for just under $100 on a Saturday night.

We’ve stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time. The rooms are consistently clean, and the staff is wonderful. There are plenty of places within walking distance, including a Dollar General, Wendy's, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Schlotskys Deli, Chester's Chicken, and a Speedway Cafe.

The owner came out to guide us in when we arrived late with our semi truck, and was very accommodating. They were also happy to have our two Great Danes, with a reasonable $10 fee per dog. We travel this route often, so we’re glad we found this place and will stay again. The old fashioned touches, especially the avocado green bathroom tiles, made it feel like stepping back in time. I’d usually be wary of a small mom and pop motel, but this one is a real jewel. It was super clean, cleaner than any motel we’ve stayed in, everything worked, it was quiet, and the beds were great.

I’m sorry to leave this review, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We booked room 18, went inside, and left in a hurry after about 30 minutes. We’d hoped for a room like the beautiful ones in the reviews, but ours wasn’t that. The man there seemed nice and greeted us with smiles, though we were too uneasy to say anything or ask for a refund. I hope the business gets some fresh cleaning and updated sheets. Please don’t take this too harshly, the place just needs some more care.
