The good parts were the clean room, pretty landscaping, nice view, and a pool and spa that were both working and clean. There are also handy local amenities, including the mall within walking distance for food, bars, and coffee. The room itself felt plain, and the furniture layout was awkward, with the bed beside the dining table. The bed was hard, and the water never got hotter than warm. Our stove was switched off at the breaker, which my handy husband figured out. Worse, in the water heater closet a broom was leaning against the uncovered gas pilot flame, melting its plastic.

We come back to rent a condo here every year. It's a quiet place to enjoy the weather and nature in Snowmass, with beautiful views, and Aspen is still so close.

I can't recommend this place. At $250 a night, I expected it to be clean, but there was trash on the floor and I found someone else's hair in my bed on the second night. I'm blonde with long hair, so it wasn't mine. The fitted sheets were too small and kept popping off all night, and the room smelled like body odor when I arrived. The closet door was broken, there's no AC, and the front door has only one flimsy button lock, which didn't feel safe. Check-out is at 10, yet maid service was banging on my door at 9 while I was still in bed recovering from a long workday. Spend your money elsewhere.

We expected a quiet mountain break, but construction and noise made that impossible. At 6:50 each morning, trucks, cranes, and dump trucks were working just feet from our windows at condo J3, continuing until 6:30 pm. With no AC, we needed the windows open for air, so we heard heavy equipment, drills, saws, and workers dumping loads. At night the crew hung around, partied, and yelled right outside, keeping us awake. Our mountain view was blocked by construction at the resort next door. One call to the front desk, to Kim, partly helped, but the noise went on around the clock and the stay wasn't up to the Hyatt standard. We were frustrated and couldn't relax or sleep. Six days after checkout, we were still waiting to hear from the Hyatt Property manager about these major inconveniences. After staying at Hyatt properties worldwide, we've lost trust in the brand and are completely unsatisfied. Unbelievable. The condo also lacked basic supplies and had cleanliness issues: no bathroom hand soap during a pandemic, no kitchen paper towels, and just two small rags for our three-day stay. The hand towels had orange speckled stains, and the bathroom rugs were visibly dirty, grey in the middle instead of tan. Caulking was peeling off the shower head system. Extra blankets in the closet smelled strongly and had hairs on them, so they clearly weren't freshly washed.
