The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, and the amenities are good, which they need to be for a $50 resort fee. But we’ve stayed twice, and both times the breakfast choices and food quality disappointed us. Breakfast was included in our room rate, but not tax or gratuity. For two people, that “free” meal came to $22. The oatmeal at Starbucks would have tasted better and cost us less. They also add 20% gratuity to the check, and room service gratuity comes on top of the room service fee. Next time we’ll have breakfast somewhere else.

The unit was stunning, with vaulted ceilings, plenty of room for our group, and a balcony overlooking the ski yard and village. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the basics, including utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. We rented a three-bedroom condo at Hayden's Lodge, and the base-of-mountain location is hard to beat, with easy access to the gondola, restaurants, shops, and activities. Staff were friendly, easy to reach, and gave us detailed information at check-in. Highly recommend!

Every evening I soaked in the rooftop hot tub under the stars, and the fitness center had everything I needed. I stayed at One Snowmass in a gorgeous three-bedroom residence and was so impressed. It had a perfect view of the village, with Snowmass mountain views too, and was just steps from the gondola. I’d highly recommend it!

The staff on site were really helpful and had great recommendations for local activities. We recently stayed at Hayden Lodge with Snowmass Mountain Lodging, and it was a great experience. The residence was well appointed and in an unbeatable location. We can’t wait to stay again.

Spacious rooms with great appointments, right in the heart of Snowmass Village. There are excellent amenities, including access to a rooftop infinity hot tub and a huge gym. Would recommend!
