The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, and the amenities are good, which they need to be for a $50 resort fee. But we’ve stayed twice, and both times the breakfast choices and food quality disappointed us. Breakfast was included in our room rate, but not tax or gratuity. For two people, that “free” meal came to $22. The oatmeal at Starbucks would have tasted better and cost us less. They also add 20% gratuity to the check, and room service gratuity comes on top of the room service fee. Next time we’ll have breakfast somewhere else.
