We needed an inexpensive, quiet place for five during the off-season, and this condo was just right for my mom and the rest of our family. There were three bedrooms, a big kitchen, and a large living room. The views were spectacular, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A free shuttle ran to the market and local restaurants. There was also a heated pool, a hot tub jacuzzi, a fitness center with new equipment, and a steam room. We’d stay again and recommend it.

We paid over $300 a night, but the master bedroom mattress was badly worn, visibly lumpy, uncomfortable, and left me sleepless and in pain. I went to the office Saturday morning. They offered either a rollout mattress in the kitchen/living room or a move to a ground-floor unit with bunk beds. Neither was a reasonable replacement for what I paid for. I spent the rest of the stay trying to reach the manager, Chris, who never called back. I checked out with no resolution. I escalated the issue to General Manager Mary Blankenau. She said she “left a meeting to deal with this,” called my complaint “threatening,” and refused any refund or rate reduction. I have photos. The condition speaks for itself.

The room wasn’t big, but it worked well, and the ski location was great. Just know there’s no elevator, so you have to carry your things up the stairs.

The location and room were great, and the room had everything I needed. The front desk staff were amazing. But I stayed for 15 days and they never vacuumed once. Maybe I’m a clean freak, but I normally vacuum my house twice a week. When you’re paying good money, the living room should get vacuumed. Just add a vacuum to the service.
