Condos at Canyons Resort by White Pines

The resort looked beautiful and was clean, with a great location, excellent communication from the owner, and super friendly staff. Our room was very clean, the shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great too. The bedroom was quite small, though, and it was hard to move around the bed with the dresser there. Some of the furniture also felt dated. I was disappointed that the TV only had streaming, and I had to download my own apps to get it working. Aside from that, it was a very nice stay.

The studio was clean, comfortable, well priced, and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the resort area was easy from this excellent location. It’s a small unit, so more than two adults and a couple of kids might feel cramped, but it suited our group perfectly. We had a great stay and would book it again for a similar trip.

The mountain views in Park City are beautiful, and the hotel’s relaxed atmosphere made it a nice place to unwind. The food was excellent, and the milkshakes were delicious. If you order one to go, though, the price is the same but the portion is almost half the size of the dine-in one. There were some serious problems in the room. The light above our bed kept switching itself on and off, and we got electrocuted when we tried the switch. We told the front desk at checkout. It was alarming and uncomfortable. The steam room in the adult pool area smelled strongly like wet dog and wasn’t pleasant to use. The arcade was a letdown too. Several machines didn’t work, but money still came off our card when we swiped. We lost quite a bit, and other guests we talked to had the same issue. The room and some amenities weren’t up to scratch, especially with those safety and maintenance concerns, even though we liked the food, views, and peaceful setting.

The only tricky part was finding our room. Westgate’s floors and separate lodges were confusing at first, but once I understood the layout, getting around was easy. Everything else was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room had all I needed. I used the well-equipped exercise room a lot. There’s an adults-only relaxation pool as well as another pool for families. The location is beautiful, with lots of places to walk and bike. I’ll definitely be back.
