We had 9 people with us, and the unit had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing, and having a garage was a big plus. It was clean, really nice, and handy for getting to both Park City and the Canyons. The hot tub was great too. The ice maker didn’t work, which was the only issue we ran into. I’d stay here again.
We had the space we needed, and the house was in a convenient spot for our trip. It worked out perfectly for us.
My family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and stocked with what we needed, and the location was great. They were also great to work with. We’d absolutely come back.
I work from home and use the clubhouse often, so I’ve noticed that while it’s usually clean and tidy, the hot tub water doesn’t seem to get changed often enough. I moved to Bear Hollow Village in October 2025 and haven’t seen it changed since. There’s a strong chlorine smell from the tub, which makes me think the water is dirty. Families use it all winter, and leaving the same water in there feels pretty gross. I think this should be an easy fix. Thanks for looking into it.
