The mountain atmosphere and views were spectacular, and the decor and amenities were the best I’ve come across in a weekend rental. It turned out to be much more than I expected, and I’m so glad we found this place. We didn’t get to use the hot tub or pool this time, but hope to on our next stay.

The unit did what we needed, and I’d stay again. The photo shows the view from the small deck, and this was Unit #314-1. The big shower with extra jets was very relaxing, and the heavy leather chair, footstool, and benches at the ends of the beds were handy for getting ski boots on. A few small maintenance fixes are needed: the curtain rod was put up upside down, so the curtain drags on the floor and creates a trip hazard in the tight space; the lamp behind the corner chair has a broken switch and can only be turned off by unplugging it; and the toilet handle is wonky, with the chain coming off the flapper arm twice. These are minor issues and wouldn’t keep me from returning.

The front desk was kind, informative, and welcoming. We stayed three nights in a one-bedroom condo, and the four-person hot tub was clean and just right for the two of us. There was enough linen for our visit, and the tidy kitchen had the basics we needed for a few meals, plus a full-size fridge with an ice maker. The condo was fairly clean, though a few spots had been missed with the broom or vacuum. Some furniture looked a little dated and well used, but it worked fine. We didn’t use the other hotel amenities. From a quick look, the indoor-outdoor pool seemed decent, and the paid covered parking was nice.

I wanted a quiet extended weekend getaway, and the calm suited me. Most shops and restaurants were closed because the off season had another two weeks to go. The lighting inside was dated and dim, but the accommodations worked perfectly for me as a solo traveler. I liked having the fireplace and coffee on the balcony early in the morning.

The private spa on the patio was the best part of the room, and it worked properly. Heated bathroom floors were another lovely touch. We stayed with All Seasons Resort Lodging in Park City, Utah, in a spacious, very clean room at Newpark Hotel. Restaurants and shops were an easy walk away. The bed, though, made for a restless night. Its mattress was very hard and flat, and I’d recommend replacing it to improve the stay. We enjoyed our visit and would consider returning if that were addressed.
