We stayed two nights, and the pool was a real highlight. It was heated and lovely after a day out. The property was well maintained, and the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Everything was easy to get around, with plenty of places to eat and a laid-back mountain feel. Our hotel was right in the village, so it was convenient to walk around. Even over a short visit, the place felt set up to make things simple. Canyons Village is a comfortable, stress-free base in Park City with good amenities and a nice atmosphere.

Even with holiday crowds, the lift lines kept moving, the staff managed things smoothly, and the whole day stayed fun rather than frantic. Snow, families, and efficient operations somehow all worked together without the mountain feeling chaotic. The groomers were in great shape and the upper mountain snow stayed crisp. Park City has a gem here. Parking was easy behind the 7-11. Take the open gondola up to the fun at the top. From Cannons you can reach all the Park City slopes, taking about 30 minutes via some green and blue runs and lifts if you want to get into town. If you get tired, High Valley transit runs every 15 minutes, so you can ski over and take the bus back, or do it the other way around. Canyons delivered a great ski day.

Sharon, the ski director, Nicole, the lift director, and Diane, another lovely worker who brought the right people together, went way beyond what was expected to help us. They spent serious time finding and returning my friend's wallet last night and this morning, and even worked beyond their usual hours so he could get it before our cross-country flight. They’re a great example of Canyons Park City's customer service. I may have their job titles wrong, but I really hope all three get credit for their help. Thanks so much!

The concert on the slopes made for a great outdoor venue. We were on the grass but could still see the performers really well, and after sunset the stars looked amazing. It was in a great location, with lots of food options nearby, and general parking was free during the event.

Skiing at Park City made for a wonderful day, and the new gondola has made the Canyons area much better.
