Laura at the front desk made our stay at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa in Utah memorable. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and attentive, and did everything she could to make us comfortable. Her recommendations for local restaurants, activities, Park City, and the resort amenities were spot on and made our visit better. She knows the area and was genuinely willing to help, which made us feel valued. Laura’s positive attitude and attention to detail reflect well on Westgate Park City. We appreciate everything she did, look forward to coming back, and highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting Park City.

We made great use of the fish shuttle, which got us to restaurants and the grocery store with a wait of no more than ten minutes. The ski service and lockers were perfect, too. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, and the front desk took care of requests right away. The pool and hot tub were clean, with plenty of towels.

The staff really made us feel cared for. We’d had such a good stay here before that we came back, and this visit was just as good. Paul at the front desk was kind and helpful, and went above and beyond for our anniversary. Juan at Draft Burger Bar was great as well, and didn’t rush us when we were finishing our meal just before closing. The only disappointment was that the hot tub in the adults-only area was closed for emergency repairs. Emergencies happen, so I don’t count that against them. I’d happily recommend the place.

The resort has clearly been around for a while, but it’s maintained well. We found it interesting how much it felt like a maze going from one amenity to another. The grand lobby, indoor-outdoor pool, spa, private pool, game room, and parking garage all made for a great getaway.

There’s lots for kids and toddlers here, including an activity center with toys, games, and even consoles for teens. They also run craft activities every day. The staff were super friendly and the resort felt family-friendly overall. Adults can enjoy a serene pool and steam room, while the large outdoor pool is partly covered. The jacuzzis are uncovered, and there’s a free indoor gym too. A super fun place!
