The staff are friendly and the location works well, but the pool and hot tub were the reason we kept coming back. On each of our last three visits, both were closed because they couldn't get the chemical balance right during routine maintenance checks. We used to stay several times a year, but we won't anymore. Without the hot tub to unwind in or a pool for the kids, we'd be better off choosing a cheaper place in town.

The front desk clerks remembered my name during the several nights I stayed this year, and they made the visit enjoyable. Everyone working there was really nice, and the hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub are cleaned regularly too. Highly recommend!

Being close to the hospital was convenient for us, and we'll definitely come back. Our room was spacious, the hotel was spotless and quiet, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay.
2/10
Our cards were charged twice, and the noise was loud. The front desk employee offered no help, and I found the manager dishonest. The place was full of screaming children and parents who didn't seem to care. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE if you don't want to be disappointed. Pathetic staff.

After six nights fishing in a truck camper, adding our friends' totes for the trip back to Minnesota left us with no room to move, so I booked us a room at Aspen hotel. I'm so glad I did. There was lots of space for our gear, and having freezer space for processed, boxed fish was a huge bonus. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the sheets amazing. Plenty of towels, plus a very clean bathroom. Staff went above and beyond to help with what we needed, and we really appreciated the great security. Restaurants, a grocery store, and shops are all conveniently close. We'll stay again and recommend it to others.
