Royal Inn Suite

Quiet place, pretty clean, though it looks old. It’s okay.

The front desk service was great, and getting into a room was quick and easy. The place was very clean and felt extravagant. In the room there were soap, clean towels, buckets, and drink cups, plus a usable fridge and microwave.

Our room was moderately clean, but the AC was outdated. The building felt like a ghost house, with only four cars outside. We stayed one night, and after we overslept the next morning, they banged on our door like the police. Instead of offering late checkout or asking if we wanted another night, a rude, perturbed Indian woman shouted, “It’s 11:38! We need to clean the room! It’s past checkout!” We would have spent another night if they hadn’t rushed us out. They act as if they’re the Marriott and fully booked, when the hotel was empty. Overpriced, rude, and terrible customer service. No wonder they have no business. With employees like that, they’ll go out of business soon. Don’t go there.

The place was clean, but the shower mat had clearly been used a couple of times before me. Not impressed. It could be so much better.
