The hotel was new, elegant, and well kept, with nice rooms. Its location made it easy to get to Newport and other parts of Rhode Island. The TV was out during our visit because of the storms, which wasn't the hotel's fault. I'd recommend staying here.

After a New England road trip with stays at nine Marriott properties, this one stood out as the cleanest and nicest. The front desk was friendly, and breakfast turned out to be great, even though we were unsure about it at first. For a complimentary breakfast, we were very happy with it.

I had a lovely stay at this modern, clean hotel, and the healthy breakfast was amazing. The staff were wonderful, especially Landon. I left behind my favorite bed pillow with its good-quality pillowcase and was upset because I couldn't drive back for it. When I called, Landon found it and offered to mail it to me for 12.50. I was so grateful for that kind of service.

The hotel itself is great, but the service at the front desk was awful. The guy there was rude and completely unprofessional when I needed to make a new reservation. He said, “I don’t know how to do that, I’m just the night guy.”

I've been here twice in two months and would happily stay again. The staff were really nice and started recognizing me during my stay. Breakfast was very good each morning, and there are lots of local places to eat and visit nearby.
