We've stayed here many times because the location is fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It's also pet friendly, which makes it an easy choice for us. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, comfortable stay.

Good price, great staff, and a comfortable bed. It's an older place but clean enough, and you can walk to food, casinos, and heavenly. I'd stay here again.

The photos online looked nice, but the stay was a different story. The bed was uncomfortable, the sink backed up, the shower curtain rod fell on me, and the hot water took ages to warm up. They moved us to another room after I reported the backed-up water, but the AC in that room didn't work, and there was no screen on the bathroom window. The whole property feels outdated and poorly maintained. For the price I expected much better, and I wish I'd known before booking. I wouldn't recommend it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The room was so cold, and when I said the AC wasn't working, they told me it was their latest generation, which was silly because it didn't even look new and didn't heat the room at all. There was barely room to get to the bathroom. I couldn't find the TV controller, and when I called to complain, they said they couldn't do anything. How was I meant to watch TV without it? The service was horrifically bad. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

The hot tub is perfect, and the location is so convenient, right by the fun in South Lake Tahoe. It's a short walk to the lake and even closer to restaurants and casinos. Great if you want to stay off the strip but still near the action, and it's good for dogs too.
